What is POFP?

Why do lawyers refer to long documents as briefs and
18-year olds as infants? Why do they use so much Latin when so few of their
clients are Ancient Romans? Is it a conspiracy?

The Death Penalty

Illinois just got rid of it. Maybe the right policy choice, but is the DP unconstitutional? The 5th amdt seems to assume govt can take your "life" if due process is observed.

I have to point out from a factually level that there is an over population problem so when people who already are a danger to our species create problems... why is the death penalty an issue?

Think Hitler and other murderers. The world is just better off without some people and without us having to pay taxes to keep them alive.

Its completely illogical. (That is why separation of church and state was literal) the church doesn't use logic which is part of the problem.

I have always been against DP. That's my personal opinion but I respect anyone who believes it is acceptable.
