I have to point out from a factually level that there is an over population problem so when people who already are a danger to our species create problems... why is the death penalty an issue?
Think Hitler and other murderers. The world is just better off without some people and without us having to pay taxes to keep them alive.
Its completely illogical. (That is why separation of church and state was literal) the church doesn't use logic which is part of the problem.
